Me so happy

There's one thing that always makes me happy. My ball. Sure I love all balls, but this ball is the best. It bounces high, fits in my mouth perfectly and is easy to find in the grass. I love my orange ball. I can't imagine my life without it. What do you love?

Sadie Boo

Then after a week or so back in Charlotte, back we went to PA. This time papi had some work to do, so mami and I went to go hang out with granny, grandpapi and Sadie.

There she is.
My Boo.

She's spunky.

And I love her!

Really she's my new BFF.

Even more family

After Clarion, off we went to my other grammy and grandpy's house.

They have a giant swimming pool and even let me go for a swim with the kids!

I've done a lot of swimming, but that was my very first time in a pool!

I was one real happy girl.

I didn't get a photo with her, but grammy and grandpy have their own Golden too.
Her name is Taffy. She is an old girl, but still loves to play ball with me. Next time I'll get some pictures of her. Xoxo, love you Taffy!

PA, my 9th state!

On my first trip to Pennsylvania I got to stay with my granny and grandpapi that I hadn't yet met! They also have a little puppy dog, my Sadie Boo. Technically she is my aunt, but really she's littler than me. I'm still trying to figure that one out. Look at what we did while we were there!

We took a boat ride down a giant river.

I got a little miffed that they wouldn't let me get in the water yet,
but eventually I got to go for a dip.

A couple of days later, I tried to teach Boo Boo how to swim.

She was too scared to get in but after she got wet, she went a little crazy.
Grandpapi call it her Zoomies!

Mia is no longer MIA

Hey friends. I'm sorry that I haven't written in a while. I'm still adjusting to our new home and lifestyle. Plus we've been on the road quite a bit, as you may have seen on my mami's blog. We've traveled back to Pennsylvania to see our family a couple of times. I have lots of playmates there, but not really any here in Charlotte.....and that makes me sad. This afternoon I'm curled up next to my mami on the couch, feeling a little sorry for myself. If you know a nice dog in my neighborhood that would like to be friends with this puppy girl, please send them my way. Until then I'll keep dreaming of my friends back in PA. Let me tell you about them.

Bailey is a baby Golden.

He's not a dog, but I love my Uncle Ryan.

And my absolute favorite is my Aunt Sadie.
She's a Goldendoodle.

She's littler than me, but really fun just the same.

I play real gentle with her, I promise.

I'm trying to teach her how to swim.
After all she is part retriever.

Granny prefers to keep her fluffy,
but Sadie gets a little wild.

And she's quick as a whip!

A big ball of firey energy!

Over the next few days, I'll fill you in a little more.
Sorry I left you for so long.
I'll try to be better,
just for you.

xoxo,
Mia
