Nutty for Nature

One of the very first places my mami & papi took me when they got back to Guatemala was Senderos de Alux. I love that place. Remember my first visit? I get to run free in the forest, play in the water and explore all over the place. We even took my friends Ozzy & Bella back a week later and the 3 of us roved around while mami hike with Miss Abby.

Even though those robbers my have gotten my mami's camera, luckily she still has her flipcam. Watch all the fun I had!

They´re Back!

Hey there! Guess what? My mami and papi are back!

Actually they've been back for a couple of days now, but I was laying low, enjoying their company. Can you blame me? Unfortunately their early return came with a bit of bad news. They got robbed in Costa Rica. Can you even believe it? All of their stuff - gone. Even their cameras and computer. Boo hoo.

I´m feeling a bit sad for them, but I´m secretly happy to have them back and all to myself. Since they are done with their jobs they don´t have to work, but now instead of the 3 of us hanging out at home, they have to hang out in internet cafes, trying to make all the necessary contacts for recovering their things and our trip home.

Hopefully things will be back to normal soon.

I've been on my best behavior since they've gotten back and papi even promised me that this weekend we'll do something real fun. Maybe the beach, but only if we can get there. While they were gone, a tropical storm wrecked a lot of havoc here in Guatemala and and it's going to take a while for those things to be fixed too.

Mami says blogging won't be happening as often as we'd like, at least for a little while, but hang in there friends - I promise this isn't is the last of me!
